Dedicated to the sport of indoor cycling, we offer small, one-of-a-kind classes designed for all fitness levels. Our goal is to help you improve efficiency, strength and cardiovascular endurance!
Classes can be purchased individually or you can sign up for the 10 week pack to guarantee yourself a bike! Along with scheduled group classes we offer private indoor cycling classes for individuals or groups, perfect for road riding teams, corporate team building and athletic teams looking to diversify their cardio workouts!
